Our story began in mid-summer 2013, in the very centre of Ljubljana, where we prepared authentic Thai dishes with our own sauces. Fortunately, the space became too small for us to express all our cooking ideas, so we were forced to find and design a larger space for larger culinary stories.

At the end of July 2015, the restaurant on Slovenska cesta 19 saw the light of day. Our love for Asian cuisine creates endless gourmet curiosity. You can feel the latter in our gourmet choice, which will not leave even the most demanding critics indifferent.

Today, Chuty’s can be found in three other locations: BTC Street Food, Congress Square Take Away and Europark Maribor. Whichever location, we guarantee only the highest quality and endless commitment to our mission – creating delicious moments!

  • Went for lunch there because Da Bu Da was crowded with students. But we were pleasently surprised, service was quick, food was great, good sized portions, I would gladly return there.

  • Friendly service, good sized portions, freshly cooked and not too expensive! If you don’t like the taste of fish oil you should let them know, as they tend to overdo it a bit.

  • Stumbled on this place on an overnight stay in Ljubljana while staying in Bled, we shared a satay chicken starter which was very good, followed by us both opting for chicken pad Thai which again was good and very plentiful, we had an attentive waiter who was friendly and informative, a very good dining experience.

Our specialties

Live lobster

One of our specialties is definitely our 1500l aquarium, which houses our lobsters and oysters so you can hand-pick your dinner and have a fresh and delicious meal like nowhere else in the region.

Fresh and homemade sauces

What sets us apart from other Asian restaurants is that we make all of our sauces and broths ourselves, right here in our kitchen. To provide the most authentic flavors we use fresh vegetables and spices of Asian origin, but also strive towards having the freshest locally sourced vegetables and ingredients to ensure our meals are always top-notch
